Processing and Tracking

Orders may be delayed due to item availability or credit card verification issues. All estimated order processing times are in business days (not including weekends or holidays). Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, plus an additional 1-2 business days during promotional periods of high order volume.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse for the tracking information to appear in the carrier's tracking system. To track your order, please click the link included in your shipment confirmation email.

Shipping offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders and express options at additional costs. Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

To Cancel and Order

We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any order modifications before the order has shipped. The best way to change or cancel an order is to email us at Please include “Change/Cancel Order” in the subject of the email.

If we are unable to cancel or make the requested change to your order before it ships, we will send you a prepaid return-shipping label so that you can return the item at your convenience as long as it is in accordance with our return policy.
