Just as the sun shape shifts the colors of the waves, Ala’s brush strokes perfectly translate from canvas to fabric. The collection brings two new sea-inspired prints to the AvA roundup. The Ocean Wave, which plays on the abstract ocean paintings from Ala’s art, is found on a number of our beloved styles like the Rachel Poncho, while also debuting on our newest Aia Mesh Turtleneck, which is a translucent, mock neck dress full of sass and flirtation. Pair this AvA Layer with an AvA Essential Stretch Knit Pant in the same print for a matching moment.
The Seastrokes print is introducing itself on three new silhouettes. The new print is a sister print to the Ocean Wave allowing for the print to be mixed and matched with the Ocean Wave for bold, dynamic looks. The Clio Mesh Pant, which brings a whole new level of effortlessness to a wide leg pant, and the Cassandra Mesh Duster, a knee length duster with a show stopper dynamic angel sleeve.

As I was watching the world hustle around me in the Tristate area, I knew I wanted to bring a bit of that tropical, beach relaxation to the canvas, and ultimately to the AvA collections.” - Ala
The collection will also launch the delicate, understated Primrose print. The print carries inspiration from the winding vines of roses running through Ala’s garden. All of the prints in this collection have stay so true to Ala’s original paintings that each piece is wearable masterpieces. “Roses are a must in any garden. The cream, cotton voile backdrop perfectly highlights the red and pink roses. The print is displayed on two new styles, the Layla Cotton Wrap Dress and the Lorelle Cotton Kaftan. The wrap dress is a simplistic masterpiece with its cap sleeve and adjustable waist. The Lorelle Cotton Kaftan has a relaxed fit, a wide sleeve, and an ankle brushing length.
