Orders may be delayed due to item availability or credit card verification issues. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse for the tracking information to appear in the FedEx tracking system. You can track your order via www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack.
We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
U.S. SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
Alavonauersperg.com offers the following types of shipping within the U.S. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
TO CANCEL AN ORDER
We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any order modifications before the order has shipped. The best way to change or cancel an order is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include “Change/Cancel Order” in the subject of the email.
If we are unable to cancel or make the requested change to your order before it ships, we will send you a prepaid return-shipping label so that you can return the item at your convenience as long as it is in accordance with our return policy.
Our goal is to make your shopping experience as easy as possible—we want you to be pleased with everything you receive from Ala von Auersperg! However, we understand that not everything you purchase always works out. If that’s the case and you need to return something, please read our return policy below.
U.S. ONLINE RETURN POLICY
If your merchandise meets the above policy requirements, please visit alavonauersperg.com to request a return by selecting my account > order history. Select the order # and then select return items from this order.
If you do not have an account with Ala von Auersperg, please email us at email@example.com. You will be emailed a prepaid FedEx shipping label. Please note that a flat fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your order refund for return shipping.
Refund Processing Time
Please allow 2 weeks from the day you ship your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

In the case of items damaged during shipping, please immediately email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include “Damaged Product” in the subject of the email. We will work with you to replace your item as quickly as possible.
